White Cherry Tomato
Latin Name:
Solanum lycopersicum White CherryLoads of pale-ivory to yellow colored, one-half to one ounce fruits that have a sweet, fruity flavor. The less sun exposure the fruits receive, the paler the color.
Originally introduced to gardeners by the Seed Savers Exchange in 1998 as 'Pale Yellow Cherry', they described it as, "... Six foot, indeterminate, regular leaf type, inserted stigma, highly rounded yellow fruit, green shoulders, one-inch in diameter by one-inch high, small blossom scar, also known as 'White Cherry', from IL DA J, SSE TOMATO 2466."
