The flesh inside is marbled with red in the bottom half of the fruit. It has a big, lumpy beefsteak shape with a very mild and sweet flavor. Stunning shades of gold to scarlet and everything in between make this heirloom variety truly stand out. Big Rainbow Tomato produces giant fruits, up to 2 pounds, that have a rich balance of acids and sugars that give them a true old-fashioned tomato taste.
