This variety of tomato originates from Mexico. This is the story behind this tomato: "In 1990, Craig LeHoullier received these seeds from Maye Clement during a Horticultural Society Harvest Fair show in Pennsylvania as a cluster of fruit on the vine. She said that it grew wild in her home country of Mexico."
